A major retail site development on approximately 40 acres in Antioch, the Slatten Ranch project covered a total building area of about 500,000 square feet. Before construction started, D&V was responsible for the preliminary budgeting process and value engineering suggestions.

Our construction services included grading, wet utilities, joint trench, concrete, 1.5 million square feet of paving, electrical, and landscape improvements.
