Harvest Moon Housing - Salinas, CA
Harvest Moon is a 13-acre farmworker housing site located in Salinas that was completed for Avila Construction. Our scope included rough grading including large scale over-excavation, construction of ten building pads, 165,000 SF of Rossi Ave extension and parking lots, associated site work, and off-site improvements. The rough grading was completed well ahead of schedule and the entire project was completed in about eight months.
