Streetscape Project, Los Gatos, Calif.
Part of Los Gatos' multi-phased Streetscape Project, the N. Santa Cruz Ave. grinding and resurfacing project required Duran & Venables to work quickly and efficiently without disrupting the livelihood of the 500-plus merchants whose businesses line the street and the thousands of visitors who visit the popular destination daily. Duran & Venables completed this award-winning project one week ahead of schedule.

Peralta Community College District, Oakland, Calif.
The football fields, running tracks and stadium bleacher structures at Laney College, College of Alameda and Merritt College received complete makeovers with the removal and replacement of existing turf fields, running tracks and bleacher structures. The construction of new NCAA/IAAF-specified Mondo synthetic surface running tracks and football fields required an experienced subcontractor like Duran & Venables who is uniquely qualified to perform this type of work.
