Slatten Ranch, Antioch, Calif.
A major retail site development on approximately 40 acres, the Slatten Ranch project covered a total building area of about 500,000 square feet in Antioch. Duran & Venables was responsible for the preliminary budgeting process and value engineering, including grading and 1.5 million square feet of paving, as well as layout, temporary utilities, underground utilities, joint trench, concrete, electrical, and landscape improvements.
